We love tofu and this recipe is quite delicious-- everyone loved the tofu chunks, but I was the only fan of the mushrooms and orange slices. Too bad-- I love mushrooms, so more for me! The marinade was simple and easy and reducing it (as directed) made a delicious sauce for the rice. One of the best things about tofu is that it keeps for a while in the 'fridge, so this is a great recipe to make with pantry staples-- and it is easy enough for a weeknight-- just drain and marinate the tofu, broil it, and (as we say), kebab's your uncle!
