Here is the 100th recipe from me for Cook the Issue 2010: Mango Popsicles. I used two mangoes and about half a large container of greek yogurt, plus about 1/3 cup sugar, and a pinch of cardamom, which gave me enough mixture to make eight popsicles. I did have to add some milk to the blender to get things moving--if I had used regular yogurt that probably would not have been necessary. These popsicles were a huge hit with my niece and nephew. I sneaked a taste and they are very creamy and sweet. They were fun to make too.
