Woo woo, these are going to be really spicy! I didn't have a ton of onions, but my cherry peppers have been producing like crazy, so I used a bunch of them to make up the difference. I got some thyme in the CSA box today, so I threw a few sprigs in for good measure-- I can't wait to taste this one!
