Cook the Issue 2010: Quick Chicken Parmesan

As promised, this recipe is quick, easy, and delicious!  My daughter said "this tastes so good it almost made me fall over!"  My "cutlets" are a bit thick, as I cut them myself, but they are juicy and tasty.  I had some marinara sauce in the 'fridge, so I skipped the quick tomato sauce.  Hooray for quick recipes-- now it's off to martial arts practice!
