Thanks Pie, for the idea, tomato soup, although not creamy,the puree is perfect in the roasted tomato basil soup that will be part of our dinner tonight.  I am hoping that my ultimate grilled cheese sandwich will look as good as the one in Saveur.

I think that I only have another container of puree so my next trip to Sam's Club will be for some tomatoes, the Campari's and plum tomatoes are great for puree and I can use it all winter long.  Too bad our so called local tomatoes were so bad this past summer.
