Cook the Issue - Twice Baked Potatoes with Freshly Grated Horseradish

Okay these were good and I actually followed the recipe for the most part, I cut the horseradish amount as my eyes were watering grating it and I never got a picture.  After tasting, I was right, cut the horseradish, when it is baked into the potato, it does get very strong.

Maybe mine was particularly wicked, who knows?  Good potato with steak.
