Cook the Issue 2010: Maple Cinnamon Pecan Butter

When I come home from bicycling, I am Attilla the Hungry, so I am always on the lookout for a good snack.  This really satisfied!  It had never occurred to me to make my own nut butter, but this is really good.  I love the combination of maple and pecan, plus the butter had a bit of texture.  Very tasty!
