I love roasted cauliflower and make it often, so I really enjoyed this new-and-improved version, with a little more interest than my usual plain one. The salty feta and warm pepper make a really good dish even better. I have a black enameled cast iron gratin dish that really gets the cauliflower nicely brown. Yum!
Now, since I had the vegetable curry for lunch and this cauliflower with dinner, I need to eat something else before I turn into a cauliflower! Good thing it is one of my favorite veggies!
