Cook the Issue 2010 - South Indian-Style Vegetable Curry

We enjoyed this vegetable curry last night.  I would make this again and as always add a little more heat to my portion. 

Since I halved the recipe, I watched the liquid level closely and added a bit more chicken broth.  Next time I will have a nice piece of fish to go with this dish.

I just love the color of curry!
