Cook the Issue 2010: Turkey Thighs Stuffed with Sausage and Artichokes

Chalk up another one in the photographs ugly but tastes great column-- this is really good.  It's like a miniature stuffed turkey with really yummy stuffing-- but it only takes an hour to roast. My only regret is that I didn't use the drippings to make gravy.
