Cook the Issue 2010: Long-cooked Broccoli

This was tasty!  The garlic and broccoli stew together into this soft-textured veg with s gentle flavor.  I was afraid this would be too sulfurous and would make the house smell bad, but it was very good and not stinky at all.  Also, the little squirt of lemon juice at the end brightened the flavors perfectly.
