I really thought that roasting the sprouts at 450 was too high and as you can tell there are some pretty dark ones that I didn't care for at all, but this is a dish that I would try again, adjusting the temperature of course.
Again issues with DH and mushrooms, but buried in the sauce and sprouts, he had no idea he was eating them. I might be able to buy wild mushrooms closer to Thanksgiving, but for no a packaged blend including some oyster mushrooms did the job and I wouldn't hesitate to use what is available.
