King Cake Bread Pudding with Brandy Creme Anglaise

We had a southern-style seafood boil for our final summer, concert in the park, and I made this wonderful King Cake Bread Pudding from Robert St. John's Dispatches from My South, Reflections and Recipes from a Southern Food Scribe.  I used Emeril Lagasse's Cream-Cheese Filled King Cake recipe and Robert St. John's Bread Pudding and Creme Anglaise recipes from the book.  You can make one large bread pudding or individuals in small ramekins.
