Autumn in a Bowl

The monsoon weather we're currently having makes me want to pop in a movie and curl up in bed with a bowl of hot soup. This Spinach and Sausage Soup from Pinch My Salt absolutely fits the bill, and is sure to be a winter favorite. This recipe is super easy, especially for an amateur cook/college student like me. Because I've never cooked barley before (and because of my love for pasta!), I would substitute any small-shaped pasta in place of the barley, as PMS's Nicole suggests.
