Cook the Issue 2010: Cauliflower Salad with Olives and Arugula

This salad was okay, but I much prefer the roasted cauliflower treatment-- boiled cauliflower is so... boiled.  I used a good dab of mustard in the viniagrette, which was tasty, especially with the arugula.
