Cook the Issue 2010: Arugula Salad with Kohlrabi and Carrots

Last night's dinner had a couple of new-to-us ingredients--kohlrabi and ocean perch.  This salad is really delicious.  The kohlrabi is super crunchy and all the flavors worked really well together.  The lemon vinaigrette made this salad a perfect match for the mild fresh fish.  I actually think I am making another batch of this salad to go with tonight's fish dinner!
