This recipe goes in my "Who woulda thunk" file-- roasted grapes??? I made these for breakfast, so I used Greek yogurt for a lighter dish, and omitted the rum as it was 8AM. So, this was fast, and quite delicious. It would make a superb dessert following a romantic dinner-- it was great to eat with your fingers (hard to get the grapes off the stems otherwise) and it was not too heavy. Of course, it also made a great breakfast-- it would be excellent for a festive brunch too.
