I did a lot of cooking this weekend, but it was mostly reruns-- tomato puree again, ribs again, Abby Dodge's ginger crackles. I did do this potato salad to go with the ribs-- very tasty and different from the usual potato salad. My husband especially liked the spice combination, along with the cilantro and parsley, as it was reminiscent of Indian food.
Of course, the ribs were a bit hit too-- I used a simple spice rub and skipped the glaze-- perfect.
