Cook the Issue 2010: Strawberry-Cinnamon Pancakes

This recipe is from "What We're Cooking Now", Issue 105, page 17. Thanks to liamsaunt for drawing attention to it! Now, pancakes on a rainy Saturday are already special, but this addition of strawberries and cinnamon made them extra yummy-- just a little powdered sugar is all we needed. One comment-- the FC recipe for Classic Buttermilk Pancakes calls for 1/4c sugar-- I used half that and these were plenty sweet.
