Cook the Issue 2010: Brioche Eggs in a Basket

This was a quick and tasty breakfast for my husband this morning. I am not used to brioche in this recipe, you really have to watch it to be sure it doesn't burn before the egg is cooked through.  This was the last piece of brioche in my freezer--for now anyway!

On to the next project--I am in the process of making the brown butter-pumpkin cake for my Dad's birthday tomorrow.
