Another recipe from the "Four Favorites, 16 New Ways" article, this pasta was delicious. Inspired by pielove's feedback I did top the pasta with a fried egg, and it added a great richness to the sauce. Of course, then I started thinking about pasta carbonara and how great this recipe would be with bacon added!
I was not sure about the combination of brussels sprouts and pasta but it was actually really flavorful and tasty. Sprouts were "buy two, get one free " at the farmer's market yesterday, so I might be making this again next week!
