Cook the Issue 2010 - Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Beer and Grainy Mustard Sauce/or Pork chops

As suggested in the recipe, I made the pork chops instead of the chicken thighs and the sauce was very good.  I think I'll make it with chicken when I get home.  This was great with the cauliflower salad.
