Is this dip still considered healthy if I eat it with a spoon? Because it was really good-- tasty on crackers, and even better on carrot sticks-- both my husband and daughter liked it too (wow!). My buttermilk was old, so I used yogurt, which combined with the avocado to give a light, but creamy texture. The herbs gave a wonderful flavor too-- the tarragon and parsley gave a great freshness and peppery/licorice taste. Definitely a keeper-- get my spoon!
