This is from the "Ingredient" section on page 91 of issue 108. There are whole bunch of chipotle recipes and, since I have the can open, I will probably be going through the whole lot of them. Ha, chipotles are so retro-- remember in the '90's when chipotle everything was the big thing? Even then, I don't think I had chipotle ranch dressing-- and too bad, because this is really tasty-- the fresh ingredients give it a brightness that bottled dressing does not have, ever. And of course, the chipotle gives it that wonderful smoky kick. As always, I used whatever miscellaneous unidentified greens I had leftover from the farm box, plus some grated kohlrabi.
Hmm, maybe the 90's were on to something-- I'm going to put on my flannel shirt, crank up the grunge music, and make some more chipotle recipes!
