Cook the Issue 2010: Pan-Seared Chicken Thighs with Beer and Grainy Mustard Sauce--200th recipe!

Well, my sister is glad that I made it this far, I promised her the cookbook you get for making 200 recipes.  She is the master baker/chocolatier of the family. 

This chicken dish is excellent.  I loved the sharp mustard against the sweetness of the maple syup.  The chicken does splatter a lot...a splatter screen is definitely needed.  This made for a satisfying and comforting dinner.
