Cook the issue 2010- Pulled Pork

Doesn't she look like she's enjoying it? :)

I had never made pulled pork before but this was a bit of a life saver as we had a good friend from out of town staying with us. I knew we would be out and about all day and I did not want to have to worry about rushing home to make dinner. When we got home the house smelled wonderful and all I had to go was make the sauce and pull the pork. In 10 min we were all sitting at the table enjoying our pulled pork sandwiches. I'll definitely make this again.
