Foodie Comics

By Rebecca Freedman, senior editor

November 11th, 2010

One of my favorite childrens’ books of all time is Eric Carle’s “The Very Hungry Caterpillar”, and since I’ve got young kids, our family’s tattered, dog-eared copy has been read over and over for years. So I laughed out loud at this blog post’s take on the classic story, created by British cartoonists Pascal Wyse and Joe Berger.  Their blog offers a journey through their wickedly amusing food cartoons, which are published in a newspaper in the United Kingdom. If you’re a food lover with a good sense of humor, these will be right up your alley.
