Photographing fizzy cocktails takes two so that the fizz doesn't die before you get your shot.

Pink Diamond Fizz is acceptable for a holiday cocktail for people that appreciate gin and rosemary. Not for me, but tasty enough. I finally decided to do our holiday killer punch instead of cocktails.

ICDOCEAN1 writes: Well, I seem to be having trouble posting my scallop recipe, but I'll keep on trying as for the punch recipes, my dad would make a recipe out of the old Gourmet books, Champagne punch and I make Fish House Punch from Colonial Williamsburg Cookbook.
