Torta di Sant' Antonio - Apple and Red Wine Crostata

This gorgeous, rustic, Italian crostata is from the Alpine village of Oulx.  It's made with apples, red wine, cinnamon, and orange zest, and pairs beautifully with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
