Cook the Issue 2010: Nutella Fudge Brownies

This recipe is an online extra for issue 108.  There are only four ingredients--nutella, flour, egg, and hazelnuts.  They are certainly easy to make, but I thought these mini brownies were only OK.  I like my brownies to be moist, rich, fudgy, and sweet.  These were less sweet than I prefer, the texture was quite cakey--almost like a muffin--and the flavor was a little faint.  My niece liked them so it was not a total loss, but I would not make these again.
