Okay, so I have been walking by the jicama in my market for years wondering if it was worth picking one up, so I was glad to try this salad-- the good review from liamsaunt also made me want to try this one. As she said, it is really good-- the jicama is crunchy and juicy, which goes great with the spicy shallots and radishes, and salty feta. I forgot to pick up cilantro, but I bet that would have been really good. This made an excellent side dish for turkey mole enchiladas with leftover turkey and frozen mole sauce-- yum!
