I like having everything made ahead of time, including the lovely puff pastry that is sitting tucked neatly away, still in it's box in the freezer. I will not be making the puff pastry for this recipe, I have a great deal of respect for those that have slaved over the process and someone needs to buy the prepared sheets. When all is said and done, poor things will die a slow freezer burn death, so I feel the need to rescue them and often.
