I made these for a party with the in-laws and they were a big hit. I've made cheese straws for this crowd before, but with these, there were comments like- -what is that hint of sweetness, it is really good. And there were requests for the recipe. I like this one-- although I might use a stronger cheese next time-- maybe a mix with some parmesan.
