Cook the Issue 2010: Five-Spice-Glazed Salmon

This salmon is delicious and was a bit hit with everyone, plus it was very easy to make.  Next time I might add a bit of ginger, but I do love teriyaki salmon.  The green beans looked awful in the market, so I skipped them in favor of some steamed broccoli.

I have succeeded in making a couple of recipes that he has eaten, but I have to remove the dark fat from the underside and I have to say that I prefer it that way as I did find it too fishy for me otherwise.
