It's that time of year when cookes are on the mind—which ones to make this Christmas? Well, I'm a total sucker for molasses cookies (the softer, the better), and I think I drooled on my keyboard when I saw this recipe from Farmgirl Fare for Big, Soft, and Chewy Molasses Ginger Spice Cookies with (or without) Raisins. I so want one right now!
