Cook the Issue 2010: Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Dip

Of the three recipes I made last night, this was by far my favorite.  I loved the red pepper and feta together, and I actually liked the dill also.  It tasted fresh and healthy.  I would definitely make this again.  Yum!

I have some leftover and might take inspiration for ICDOcean and try it in a panini.
