Cook the Issue 2010: Bittersweet Chocolate Pots de Crème

This recipe is a keeper-- rich, chocolatey, smooth, and really really easy.  I doubled the recipe-- if you're going to dirty all those dishes, why just make two servings?  My whole family loved it, including my daughter, who said "Mommy, please make this again".  Sure, no problem.
