Cook the Issue 2010: Chipotle-Cheddar Twice Baked Potatoes

A recipe from the "ingredient" article in the back of the current issue, these potatoes are really good.  The smoky spice from the chipotle was a welcome change from the usual creamy but sometimes a little bland typical twice baked potato.  I will be making these again.

liamsaunt writes: Hi Pie, you mix the potatoes with sour cream, butter, cheddar, chives, and chipotle, plus salt and pepper. I made two large-ish potatoes and added about 1/2 of a chipotle with the sauce. Recipe says to cook at 375. Posted: 11:43 am on December 31st
