I wasn't expecting much with this soup, but it was really tasty-- the combination of celery and celery root made for both deep taste, and lovely texture. We were running late, so I skipped the fried celery leaf garnish in favor of a drizzle of cream. I also skipped the sieving in favor of just blasting the heck out of it with my immersion blender on turbo, haha. That worked fine-- for a more refined occasion, it could be smoother, but for a warming weeknight supper, it was great.
