My husband and daughter were having pasta puttanesca for dinner, but I'm just a bit tired of that, so I decided to whip up a treat. This is excellent, especially with that beer you can see in the background! Caramelizing the kimchi before you add the eggs makes it a whole different beast-- more meaty than salady. Plus it was so easy-- what a great breakfast it would make.
