Cook the Issue 2010 - Stir-Fried Pork with Kimchi and Shiitake

This is a nice spicy dish making good use of the never ending kim chi and pork.  Udon noodles stir fried with a quick sauce miso based that I made, special just for lunch and I am pretty much breathing small flames as my kim chi seems to have reached it's ultimate level of heat.  I sprinkled a little Japanese seasoning blend and I am sure that added more spice.  I think that I am pretty much done with this condiment for a while, but I was just reading an article about the stuff so here is the link being good for you.

Not going with a second batch here until I feel the need for Asian anything. Mine was really spicy...DH can't handle it at all. Posted: 9:41 pm on January 14th
