When I think of Valentine's Day desserts, I think chocolate. Attractive. Erring on the side of mini. A strawberry or two thrown in for good measure. And the fire is usually reserved for after dessert.

Yet, the latest post on SprinkleBakes.com, an adorable baking blog, proves that the two can, in fact, unite into one hot, adorable, mini, chocolate-strawberry dessert that's ideal for a VDay sweet. Chocolate Cupcakes with Flaming Strawberries - who'd have thought? Whether you're starting to think about what to make your Valentine, or just looking for a fun dessert to liven up the winter doldrums, these are just the ticket.
