Cook the Issue 2010 - Good for you blueberry muffins

Unfortunately I only had 1/2 of the whole wheat flour called for, so I added some bran to add extra fiber.  These were really delicious and mine rose a bit more than the ones in the photo from the issue, which I am glad about as I do like a high muffin.  I have been adjusting some of my other recipes to use applesauce for some time and I liked this recipe too.
