Cook the Issue 2010 - Good for You Blueberry Muffins

My little buddy next door is going love these as I taste tested one and it is yummy, but good for you, with that amount of sugar?  Oh well, they are so moist with the addition of the buttermilk plus a little zip from the lemon zest.   I used the last of my blueberries from last season and a little jug of buttermilk that I had put in the freezer saved me from having to run to the store.  I really need a new muffin pan or learn to use liners as I had a little sticking with only two, no problem, I'm having a cup of coffee and didn't eat breakfast, one is more than enough for me though.

Lovely muffins.
