Is there any way to make a photo of meatloaf look attractive? I have not figured it out.
For this meatloaf, I used a mixture of the leftover ground lamb and ground turkey I had in the freezer from the lamb pita recipe last week. My husband liked this meatloaf--he said it had lots of flavor from the olives and cheese. He did say that he missed a sauce. What kind of sauce would go well on a lamb meatloaf flavored with olives and feta cheese? We could not come up with anything that seemed properly "meatloaf-y."
That's it for meatloaf in this house for at least six months!
