DadCooksDinner's Guide to Winter Grilling Comes Just in Time
comments (0) January 26th, 2011 in BlogsBlog with a super cute name: check. Blogger who’s also super cute: check. Even better—a dad who knows his way around the kitchen and cooks nine out of 10 meals for his hungry family: double check. Go ahead, try to find something not to like about DadCooksDinner blogger Mike Vrobel. Impossible.
I caught Mike’s guest post on Three Many Cooks recently, and it’s a definite must-read if, like me, you’re missing the taste of summer food and need some motivation to get out there and grill in the chill. Loaded with excellent info and common-sense safety tips, Mike's Guide to Winter Grilling made me realize that by digging out a path to the mailbox—but not to the grill—I’ve got my priorities all wrong. Netflix can wait a day, but I could really use a warm-weather food fix right about now, and nothing says summer like meat with marks.
