FIRE!!! Flambeeing is always an exciting moment in the kitchen. I liked this dish a lot. The sausage was smoky and spicy, and the carmelized brandy drippings on the outside were crackling sweet. I did not need the pineapple--it was plenty flavorful on its own.
Note how you can see my crummy, has had to been repaired twice in the past year oven in photo one. I need an upgrade!
