equator180 writes: Very nice video...but.... I have been eating lobster such as in the video (H. Americanus) since I was old enough to eat solid food and the biggest obstacle to the consumption is getting the meat from the shell which you don't address. Also after cooking lobster if you take them from the pot and dunk them in ice water, the meat will not stick to the shell and makes it much easier to extract. Yo can tell when they are done by picking up by the antenna and jerking it, it it comes off easily the lobster is done. I usually use much more salt in the water, almost as salty as the ocean but have to say a very nice video.. Posted: 1:05 am on January 3rd
