Soup Week: Jasper White's Clam Chowder

This is my favorite style of clam chowder: milky, not thick and floury, and filled with clam flavor.  Not too many potatoes either--the focus is on the flavor of the clams.  I used cherrystones for the chowder and to make the broth and they really made the chowder delicious.  This is an easy and foolproof recipe for a great tasting and hearty dinner.
