Soup Week - Leek and Potato Soup

Well, I managed to get off the couch and make some soup.  Definitely not my best photo, but not terrible.  This one is one of my favourite FC soup recipes.  The addition of the fennel seeds really add such a lovely undertone to the soup and although you don't taste the chili powder as a main flavour it definitely adds to the building of flavours.
